This is the Pillsbury Doughboy saying, "Hooray, Tracy is finally updating her blog!!"
So it's Friday afternoon, I'm at work and I'm pretty much the only one in the building...although there must be a game of some sort going on tonight because there is suddenly loud music coming from the coliseum.
It's already November...how is that possible. I am officially done with marching band forever. It's still a little weird..and it makes me sad. Band retreat is this weekend, and then I turn around and go to San Antonio on Monday for the State Marching competition. Yay for San Antonio!
(The loud music went away again...but I can still hear a basketball bouncing.)
Haha... So yesterday, I'm sitting at work and Dr. Ash, while taking a break from his running, sticks his head in the office and asks me where my ring is.... He's had me confused for another girl that I was in his class with me for several weeks now. Anywayz, he has it figured out now. He just poked his head in again and corrected himself: I am Tracy; She is Abby. Abby has a ring; I do not have a ring. And all is well with the world.
The semester: Other than being somewhat apathetic towards a few things (mostly schoolwork); It has been a fabulous semester and I've had lots of fun. Emotions have been a bit on overdrive because of some family situations, but despite the difficulty of those; we have all seen God working in a big way. My cousin's daughter Anika is nearly five months old now, and every single day is still a struggle with her health. Tim and I are headed to New Orleans for Thanksgiving. We signed up to be on a work crew from Southern Hills for the weekend, and we'll get to spend Thanksgiving with members of the New Orleans church.
I think that's all for now...I will attempt to keep this thing a bit more updated...but I'm not making any promises.
